ITCD Permanent is a division of ITCD Group Ltd (“ITCD”) which was inaugurated  in 2002 to provide an alternative to the high-margin agencies prevalent in the employment market. It also filled a gap: that area in which other agencies appeared to be disinterested -  that of the flexible worker,  the short term and part time employee, and those who prefer to offer a fixed-price contract. ITCD has found that flexibility, expertise and imagination make a powerful combination which helps to reduce unnecessary costs and improve the service offered to an increasingly demanding and cost-conscious market.
