No. Our staff will only call you if you ask them to do so. [ top ]

Do you tell candidates when you send their CV to me?
Yes. Our procedures will not allow us to send you any CV where the candidate’s permission has not been obtained first. [ top ]
 
Do I have to pay a fee if I offer the candidate a contract position?
No, but they would be engaged by, and you would be Invoiced by, our parent, ITCD Group (“ITCD”). The candidate would be paid by ITCD less ITCD’s commission. The candidate would first have to agree to this arrangement before such a contract could be agreed. You are not permitted to engage the candidate directly. [ top ]
 
Does your database only include full time candidates?
No, we have part time, fixed price, contractors, and full time people on our database – which we share with our parent IT Consultants Direct. [ top ]
 
Do you share data with any third party organisations?
Not without a court order (we do share a common database with our parent, IT Consultants Direct) though, but their policy is identical. [ top ]
 
What if I have a question not covered in this FAQ?

How do I start to use the service?

You should complete our online registration page. It would help you if you were also able to provide any terms and conditions you might want Consultants to be aware of, and any standard contract you wish to use. We will then e-mail you a registration form and advise you of your ITCD reference. This form should then be posted back to us.

We have a duty of care to our Members to check that clients are genuine (and not Agencies pretending to be clients!), so we do ask that you fax your letter head to us together with your name so we may verify your details.
